Matetic are pioneers of organic and biodynamic winemaking in Chile, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do.
Jorge will host the evening, sharing the story of the estate and guiding us through five Matetic wines, each paired with a course from our specially created five-course dinner.
An intimate evening of great food, exceptional wines and the stories behind them, all in our Private Dining Room.
